They supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale accepted when booking or registering.
Validation of participation implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
2. Participant Selection
An application from a designer or brand is reviewed by The Paris Fashion Show team.
An application is considered definitively accepted only after official confirmation by the organizer.
The Paris Fashion Show reserves the right to reject an application whose artistic identity, designs, or participation conditions do not correspond to the event's editorial direction or requirements.
3. Participation Package

When The Paris Fashion Show provides models or offers a casting service, the corresponding terms are specified in the selected package or in communications with the organization.

Each participant remains responsible for their clothing, accessories, equipment, and personal belongings.
The Paris Fashion Show recommends that participants not leave valuables unattended.
The organizer cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of property belonging to the participant, except where the organizer's liability is legally incurred.
