Any order, booking, application, or registration entails full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1. Purpose
The Paris Fashion Show notably offers services enabling creators and brands to present their collections as part of a fashion event organized in Paris.
The services may include, depending on the package selected:
-
participation in a fashion show;
-
presentation of a defined number of looks;
-
provision of a space or event service;
-
communication and visibility services;
-
inclusion in the event’s communication materials;
-
services related to partners or sponsors;
-
any additional service expressly indicated at the time of ordering.
The services actually included are those corresponding to the package selected and to the quote, purchase order, or booking form accepted by the client.
2. Application and Selection
Submitting an application does not automatically constitute final acceptance to participate in the fashion show.
The Paris Fashion Show reserves the right to review applications and select creators, brands, and participants according to the artistic, editorial, organizational, and technical criteria specific to the event.
Where participation is subject to prior selection, no service shall be considered definitively booked before confirmation by the organizer and, where applicable, payment of the requested amount.
3. Orders and Bookings
Any order or booking becomes binding upon its validation by The Paris Fashion Show and payment of the amount requested from the client.
The client acknowledges having reviewed the contents of the selected package before proceeding with payment.
Any additional services not included in the package initially selected may be subject to additional charges.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated on the website and/or in commercial documents sent to the client.
Prices may be indicated excluding taxes (HT) when the client is a professional.
Applicable VAT is charged in accordance with the tax regulations in force at the time of invoicing.
The Paris Fashion Show reserves the right to change its prices for new orders. The price applicable to an order already confirmed remains the price accepted at the time of reservation.
5. Payment terms
Payment is made according to the methods offered on the website or communicated by The Paris Fashion Show.
Depending on the package chosen, a deposit or initial payment may be required to definitively confirm the reservation.
When payment is made in several installments, each installment remains due on the scheduled dates.
Failure to pay an installment may result in the suspension or cancellation of the service, without prejudice to amounts already due.
6. No right of withdrawal for professionals
When the client acts in a professional capacity, the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers do not apply, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that may apply.
When the client is a consumer, the rules relating to the right of withdrawal apply in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to the exceptions provided for therein, particularly when the service concerns a leisure activity provided on a specific date or during a specific period, or when performance of the service has begun under the conditions provided by law.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Given the event-based nature of the services offered, amounts paid to confirm participation may be non-refundable, particularly when they correspond to the reservation of a place, a time slot, an event service, or costs incurred specifically for the participant.
The specific terms applicable to each package may specify the cancellation and refund procedures.
If the participant cancels, abandons the project, or fails to attend the event, amounts already paid are not automatically refundable.
Any exceptional cancellation request will be reviewed by The Paris Fashion Show on a case-by-case basis and may result in a refund only if the organizer expressly accepts it in writing.
8. Postponement or Modification of the Event
The Paris Fashion Show may modify the schedule, venue, proceedings, or certain elements of the event for organizational, safety, technical, or administrative reasons, or for reasons beyond its control.
When necessary, the organizer may propose an alternative date, venue, or arrangements.
